Nivens Design has recently been recognized with ten National Awards, including a Silver Award from the University and College Designers Association – one of only three awarded nationally. GD USA awarded Nivens Design seven American Design Awards, and the "Finster Catalog" for the Krannert Art Museum designed by Nivens Design will be published in the upcoming Print Regional Design Annual.

The "Finster Exhibition Catalog" was selected as a winner in the Print Magazine 2010 Regional Design Annual and will be published in their coming annual. The catalog also received a Silver Award at the 40th Annual UCDA Design Competition and will appear in the 2010 UCDA Design Show. This silver award was one of only three given nationally.

The publication"Windsor Road Corridor Design Study" received an Award of Excellence at the 40th Annual UCDA Design Competition and will appear in the 2010 UCDA Design Show.
